Reconsider using the term racism

Racism is defined in the Black’s Law Dictionary as a set of policies that is exhibited by a person or persons toward a group of people of a different race. The word race is defined in the same dictionary as a tribe, people, or nation, belonging or supposed to belong to the same stock or lineage. But, it holds another definition which I feel is in direct relation with its current concept. Race is a competition between people, animals, vehicles, etc., to determine which one is the best. There’s always a winner and a loser in a race.
